WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Our 5-year warranty, starting from the manufacturing date, fully covers all street silencers without mileage limitations. Please note that this does not extend to central components or parts outside of street silencers.
If any issues arise within this period, the product must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and, if needed, replacement. Installation, removal, and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
The warranty is void in cases of improper installation or third-party modifications. Non-approved products, such as rear silencers with valves, are covered solely for proper installation on compatible vehicle models and the quality of materials used.
It is essential to note that high temperatures may cause a copper tint on the tailpipe; this natural occurrence, common in racing, is excluded from warranty coverage. An increase in decibels does not constitute a valid reason for warranty claims.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding defective products or any issues with the shipping service can be sent via email to info@inoxcar.it.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All claims are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation and/or execution of purchase contracts fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Cuneo.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 days of receiving the goods. To do so, email info@inoxcar.it with the invoice number and date. For partial returns, please specify the description, quantity, and reason for each item. Inoxcar will refund the purchase price, excluding return shipping costs.
The customer is required to return the item(s) via courier within 15 days of receipt.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the return, contingent upon product condition verification.
Returned items must be undamaged and include the original packaging.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products requested by the customer. Additionally, returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or tested.
